Andrea Baquero
Vibroacoustic therapist, Musician, Focalizing therapist, and founder of ABMusic. Andrea is a Steinway & Sons Educational partner, member of the Vibroacoustic Therapy Association of London, and Focalizing practitioner community in New York. In the sessions she offers, Andrea incorporates elements from her training in Focalizing therapy, Shamanism, Reiki, meditation, Yoga, and piano studies. Andrea believes that “music is essential to human development because it is a direct path to discovering ourselves and connecting with others. If we practice listening to all the noises in the whole world, outside of us, we will eventually allow ourselves to focus on all the noises inside our mind, and learn to discern all sounds. We will be able to tune into a world of vibration and choose to selectively listen with love to that which is nurturing.”
