In this intro gathering, co-teachers Nick Werber and Jo Miller shared:
Their unique point of view on healing
The history of Focalizing
Sharing body-led trauma informed practices
At the end of the intro class Nick and Jo spoke about the up and coming practitioner training course and answered questions.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in embodiment work for their benefit or for those around them to experience helpful practices. And it’s also a space for people who are considering the program to learn more and see if it’s right for them.
Please note: Throughout the class there are invitations to experience body led practices. There is no obligation to follow this and we ask you to enter into them only if you feel you have the capacity and to stop at anytime anything feels like it may be overwhelming or too much.
